The Dragon riders were founded by a Highone, Strazel, who became fascinated with the dragons, and who by chance one day,saved the life of the leader of the Dragons. That day, The dragons swore friendship to the elves. That Highones group moved to the Dragons mountain and inherited special powers from the great beasts. Later, A tribe made up of scattered homeless elves from different tribes, found their way to the dragon mountain, and  joined that clan. And here are all of those elves that live on that mountain, and at the base of it. Starting with the Highones that still live there.
